United MileagePlus® members in the U.S. can earn miles on qualifying Therabody purchases.
To earn miles, members must enter their MileagePlus account number and last name as it appears on their MileagePlus account profile into the required fields at the time of checkout when purchasing through therabody.com/united. Miles will be earned for the purchase price of the Therabody product and not for shipping costs, taxes, or other fees.
Award miles on qualifying Therabody purchases will be posted to your MileagePlus account once your order has been completed. Please allow up to 5 business days for qualifying miles to post to your account. Any Therabody purchases returned or exchanged are subject to Therabody Return Policy and any miles earned in connection with the purchase will be deducted from the member's MileagePlus account.
No miles will be awarded in connection with transactions made on other sites, third-party affiliates, or other retailers.
Members can only earn MileagePlus miles for Therabody purchases. MileagePlus miles offer is only valid through therabody.com/united. Not valid with any other offers. Exclusions may apply. Offer subject to change or termination without notice.

Miles accrued, awards, and benefits issued are subject to change and are subject to the rules of the United MileagePlus program, including, without limitation, the Premier® program (the "MileagePlus Program"), which are expressly incorporated herein. I live outside of the United States. Can I earn miles on Therabody purchases?
Yes. MileagePlus members in the following international locations are also eligible to earn miles on Therabody purchases: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and select locations in Europe. Visit therabody.com/united and select your country.

How to make sure I earn miles?

How do I know if I received my miles?
You can go to the My Purchases tab in your MileagePlus account to view all your mileage activity to date. Miles will be credited to your MileagePlus account once your Therabody transaction is complete. In some cases, miles may take up to 5 business days to appear on your MileagePlus account.
Can I earn MileagePlus miles on Therabody purchases made through a different website or in-store?
No, MileagePlus members will not earn miles. No miles will be awarded in connection with Therabody transactions made on other websites, third-party affiliates, or other retailers or in-store transactions.

I made a Therabody purchase on a different website or retail store. Can I still receive MileagePlus miles on this purchase?
No. In order for your Therabody purchase to be eligible to earn miles, you must complete a purchase through therabody.com/united. Therabody purchases made on a different website or retail store are not eligible to earn MileagePlus miles.

What happens to the miles I’ve earned if I return my Therabody purchase?
MileagePlus miles earned in connection with your Therabody purchase will be deducted from your MileagePlus account for the item(s) purchased that you return to Therabody.

Do MileagePlus miles expire? No. MileagePlus miles do not expire.
